4. Booking and Payment
a. Booking: Users can book a cab through our Website or by calling our office on 01253 300 300. The booking details should be accurate and complete. We take no responsibility if you have provided us with incorrect information such as wrong pick-up times dates or locations. There may be additional charges applied to your booking in the event that you have provided the wrong information.
b. Payment: Payments can be made through various methods, as specified on our Website. By using our services, you agree to pay the applicable fares and charges, including any additional fees for services provided. Soiling is charged at £40 and any damages to any vehicle will be reported to the Police and costs of repairs may be required.

Blackpool Cabs Ltd reserves the right at any time to outsource your booking to a third-party transportation company of its choice at any time to fulfill your booking should a problem arise, we aim to provide a like-for-like replacement however this may not always be possible but we will endeavor to try our best. We will notify you of such change at our earliest convenience.
10. Special Offers and Promotions
a. Blackpool Cabs Ltd occasionally provides discounts, incentives, or promotions. These offers are exclusively available for new customers. Pre-bookings are generally not eligible for any discounts or promotions unless explicitly specified during the booking process. If a discount code or promotion is not quoted or applied at the time of booking, it cannot be retroactively added, and any discount will be forfeited. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or revoke any promotional discounts or codes at our discretion without prior notice.
b. November special offer terms and conditions - Price based on 2 people traveling only, each additional person is charged at £10 each way children are the same price. A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking.
