4. Retrieving Lost Property
a. Claiming Lost Items: To retrieve your lost property, contact our lost property hotline and provide the required information. We will arrange for the safe return of your item.

c. Collection: Lost property will be arranged for return by mail or courier service or a taxi. Any related expenses for returning lost property may be borne by the owner which will be discussed prior to returning your item(s)
